The Village Clerk, Village Treasurer, Deputy Village Clerk and the Deputy
Village Treasurer of the Village of Lowville, notwithstanding any other provisions
of the law to the contrary, in lieu of any other residency requirements imposed
by law, may reside within Lewis County in which the Village is wholly situated.
