A.
Any use, building or structure which shall be made
nonconforming at the time of passage of this chapter, or any amendment
thereto, may be continued except as otherwise specified in this article
or in this chapter.
B.
An existing nonconforming use, building or structure
may not be enlarged, reconstructed, substituted or structurally altered
unless required by law or as follows:
(1)
Any nonconforming structure or building damaged by
an act of God may be repaired or reconstructed, if the damage is less
than 50%, to the same size and location, provided that such reconstruction
be completed within two years from the time the destruction occurred.
(2)
A nonconforming use shall not be extended to display
a conforming use. A nonconforming use may be changed into a conforming
use, or to a more restrictive nonconforming use. Once changed to a
more restrictive nonconforming use or into a conforming use, no structure
or land shall be permitted to revert to a nonconforming use.
C.
When discontinued for a period of two years or more,
a nonconforming use shall be terminated.

modem mobile homes as long as they comply with a minimum of 700 square
feet.
