[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Roslyn Harbor at time of adoption of Code (see Ch.
1, General Provisions, Art. II). Amendments noted where applicable.]
The following fees are hereby imposed for the
license, permit or application indicated, whether or not such fee
is specifically provided for or authorized by any other chapter of
this Code.[1]

Fees may be paid by cash, check or money order.
If by check or money order, the same shall be made payable to the
Incorporated Village of Roslyn Harbor.
If no duration is indicated herein, the license,
permit or fee shall be considered to have no termination date.
The Board of Trustees may, in its sole discretion,
waive any fee enumerated herein.
Fees shall be determined, from time to time,
by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
