A.
It shall be unlawful to operate trucks and/or commercial
vehicles, requiring licensure by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
for vehicles other than passenger vehicles, on the Borough road of
Ivy Lane; located in the Borough of Chester Heights, bounded on the
east by its intersection with Valleybrook Road, and on the west extending
to its intersection with the Borough limits; unless said operation
is for the purpose of local deliveries on said Ivy Lane and/or Mildred
Lane.
B.
It is further directed that the appropriate officials
of the Borough of Chester Heights shall arrange for the installation
and maintenance of appropriate signs to this effect at appropriate
locations along the berm of said Ivy Lane.
