A. 
Walnut Hill Boulevard, at its intersection with Highland Drive shall be a three-way stop intersection.
B. 
Highland Drive, at its intersection with Bonnie Lane, shall be a three-way stop intersection.
A. 
The Borough shall cause to be erected two stop signs on Walnut Hill Boulevard at its intersection with Highland Drive and one stop sign on Highland Drive at its intersection with Walnut Hill Boulevard.
B. 
The Borough shall cause to be erected two stop signs on Highland Drive at its intersection with Bonnie Lane and one stop sign on Bonnie Lane at its intersection with Highland Drive.
C. 
The stop signs erected at said intersections shall be done substantially in conformity with the engineer's Intersection Plan Sketch A and Intersection Plan Sketch B which are attached hereto and made an integral part hereof.[1]

Any person violating this article shall be prosecuted pursuant to the Motor Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay fines and/or receive such other penalties as are contained in the Motor Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
