The local Health District comprising the Town
of Wawayanda, New York, is hereby abolished as of December 30, 1992,
and the powers and duties of the Town of Wawayanda Board of Health
and Health Officer shall devolve upon the Commissioner of Health and
the Board of Health of Orange County after that date.
