All Town department heads in charge of collecting
fees shall impose a charge of $15 on any check issued to the municipality
which was subsequently returned for insufficient funds.
All Town department heads in charge of collecting
fees may require that future payments to the municipality that are
made by a payor who has, in the past, had a check returned for insufficient
funds be tendered in the form of cash or certified check.
