Whereas the Town of North Hempstead has enacted a local law known as
"Taxicabs, Limousines and Private Livery Vans," which was adopted on January
22, 1991, the Village of Williston Park hereby elects to have such town local
law be applicable within the limits of the Village of Williston Park.
