There is hereby established a Recreation Trust Fund of the Township
of Blairstown.
All monies hereinafter received by the Township of Blairstown
and/or the Recreation Committee of the Township of Blairstown as fees
or other charges paid by individuals or entities to offset the costs
of operating Township recreational programs, together with such other
funds as the Township may budget for recreation purposes, shall be
deposited into a special trust fund to be held and maintained by the
Township Committee.
The Township Committee is vested with the authority to control
said dedicated fund for the exclusive purpose of operating those Township
recreational programs for which fees are collected and to refund payments
made by recreational program participants.
