A.Â
The Township Engineer or his designee shall inspect
all phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater control
facilities and the completed installation.
B.Â
If at any stage of the work the Township Engineer determines that the permanent stormwater control facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved development plan, Lehigh Township shall revoke any existing permits until a revised development plan is submitted and approved as required by § 138-21.
