When signs are erected lawfully giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any Township street or parts of streets designated as prohibited parking areas, or designated by temporary regulations in conformity with Article II of this chapter.
When signs are erected lawfully giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle upon any Township street or parts of streets during certain hours as designated by said signs, or as designated by temporary regulations in conformity with Article II of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle or permit it to stand, whether attended or unattended, in any of the following places:
A. 
On named Township streets as previously designated and approved by action of the Board of Supervisors.[1]

B. 
Within any public cartway or lane ordinarily used by moving traffic.
C. 
At any place where the Board so designates prohibited parking by separate ordinance and official signs have been appropriately erected.[2]

D. 
At any place where official signs have been erected prohibiting parking pursuant to conformity with this article or Article II of this chapter.
E. 
Within a fire lane so designated by official signs for a width of 10 feet from the edge of the curbing.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time in front of, opposite to, or in such a position as to block entrance to or exit by a vehicle from a garage.
A. 
Vehicular parking shall be prohibited at all times on the north side of Mountainview Drive (Legislative Route 946) for a distance of 300 feet east of the intersection of Oak Road and Mountainview Drive.

B. 
Parking along S.R. 0946, Segment 10, Offset 0000, to Segment 10, Offset 345, shall be strictly prohibited along the north and south sides of S.R. 0946 from the intersection with S.R. 0248 east for 345 feet.

(1) 
Any person convicted of violating this chapter shall be sentenced to pay a fine in accordance with § 163-24, as amended from time to time.
(2) 
"No parking" signs shall be erected in accordance with the terms of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code and applicable Pennsylvania Code regulations.
C. 
Parking along S.R. 145, in Segment 80, shall be strictly prohibited along the west side of S.R. 145 from the intersection with Lincoln Avenue south for 550 feet.
(1) 
Any person convicted of violating this subsection shall be sentenced to pay a fine in accordance with the Township’s codified ordinance Chapter 163, § 163-24, as amended from time to time.
(2) 
"No parking" signs shall be erected in accordance with the terms of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code and applicable Pennsylvania Code regulations.
D. 
Parking along the entire length of Brighton Circle shall be strictly prohibited along both sides and the cul-de-sac unless a permit issued by Lehigh Township is displayed.

(1) 
Any person convicted of violating this subsection shall be sentenced to pay a fine in accordance with the Township’s codified ordinance Chapter 163, § 163-24, as amended from time to time.
(2) 
"No parking" signs shall be erected in accordance with the terms of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code and applicable Pennsylvania Code regulations.
E. 
Parking along the entire northern side of Coatbridge Lane and Yorkshire Road shall be strictly prohibited.

(1) 
Any person convicted of violating this Subsection E shall be sentenced to pay a fine in accordance with the Township's codified ordinance Chapter 163, § 163-24, as amended from time to time.
(2) 
"No parking" signs shall be erected in accordance with the terms of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code and applicable Pennsylvania Code regulations.
F. 
Parking along S.R. 4001 (Blue Mountain Drive), Segment 0070, Offset 0150 to Segment 0070, Offset 1801 shall be strictly prohibited along the North side of S.R. 4001 (Blue Mountain Drive).

(1) 
Any person convicted of violating this Subsection F shall be sentenced to pay a fine in accordance with the Township's Codified Ordinance No. 95-3,[1] as amended from time to time.

A. 
Any person who violates any of the following prohibited parking provisions set forth herein shall, upon conviction before a District Justice, pay a fine in the amount of $25 per citation:
(1) 
Section 163-19;
(2) 
Section 163-20;
(3) 
Section 163-21A;
(4) 
Section 163-21B;
(5) 
Section 163-21C;
(6) 
Section 163-21D;
(7) 
Section 163-22.
B. 
Any person who violates any of the following prohibited parking provisions shall, upon conviction before a District Justice, be fined in the amount of $50:
(1)
