§ 104-6 Speed limits established.

Speed limits as follows are hereby established on portions of certain streets and highways in the Borough, and it shall be unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle in any such speed limit zone at a speed in excess of that hereby established therefor:

§ 104-7 Through highways.

The following streets or portions thereof, as the case may be, are hereby established as through highways, and the operator of every vehicle, upon approaching any such highway at any intersection thereof, except where such intersection may be governed by traffic signal or where the intersection has been designated and defined as a yield-right-of-way intersection, shall come to a full stop within a reasonable distance before entering such intersection:

§ 104-8 Stop intersections.

The following intersections located in the Borough are hereby declared to be stop intersections, and official stop signs shall be erected (or are hereby confirmed if heretofore erected) in such a position as to face traffic approaching the second-named street upon the first-named street. All vehicles approaching any such intersection upon the first-named street shall come to a full stop within a reasonable distance before entering said intersection:

§ 104-10 Three- and four-way stop intersections.

All vehicles approaching such intersection shall come to a full stop within a reasonable distance before entering said intersection:
