A. 
Pennsburg Borough Council, at its discretion, may provide, at convenient and suitable locations, on-street reserved parking spaces for the handicapped and shall designate those spaces by appropriate signs. Except for persons parking vehicles lawfully bearing a handicapped or severely disable veteran registration plate or displaying a handicapped or severely disabled veteran placard, no person shall park a vehicle in any such parking space reserved for a handicapped person or severely disabled veteran.
B. 
Any person violating any provision of this section is guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $200.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park, place, or allow to remain standing along any of the streets of the Borough of Pennsburg any truck, truck trailer, combination thereof, or any other vehicle having a weight in excess of 11,000 pounds, or a length of greater than 28 feet, or a width of more than 80 inches, or a height of greater than nine feet.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park, place or allow to remain standing along any streets in the Borough of Pennsburg a dumpster, collection bin or other nonmotorized contrivance for a period in excess of 14 days except only after a permit is obtained from the Borough with adequate reflectors and safety devices placed to prevent vehicles from colliding with such temporarily placed contrivance.
