No person shall permit stormwater to enter the sanitary
sewer system, nor shall any person connect or cause to be connected
to the sanitary sewer system of the Borough directly or indirectly
by any means or methods any device by which stormwater can be discharged
into or directed to flow into the sanitary sewer system;

Any and all connections that permit either directly
or indirectly surface stormwater to enter the sanitary sewer system
of the Borough of Rosslyn Farms are prohibited and deemed illegal.
