Every employer located in the Borough of Rosslyn
Farms shall, no later than January 15 of each calendar year and within
15 days of an individual first becoming an employee, provide to the
Borough of Rosslyn Farms Tax Collector, on a form to be provided by
the Tax Collector, the name, address and social security number for
each of their employees, and the name, address and social security
number of the owners of the employer's business located in the Borough
of Rosslyn Farms, together with such additional information as the
Tax Collector may require.
For all rented real estate located in the Borough
of Rosalyn Farms, the owner of such real estate shall, no later that
January 15 of each calendar year, and within 15 days of any change
thereof, provide to the Borough of Rosslyn Farms Tax Collector, on
a form to be supplied by the Tax Collector, written certification
of the name and address of each tenant of the real estate located
in the Borough of Rosalyn Farms, and, if known by the owner of the
real estate, the name and address of each occupant or resident of
the said real estate.
For all real estate located in the Borough of
Rosslyn Farms that is leased, rented, or otherwise managed by a real
estate broker, real estate salesperson, or real estate agent as those
terns are defined under the Real Estate Brokers License Act of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, such broker, agent or salesperson, shall, no later than
January 15 of each calendar year, and within 15 days of any change
thereof, provide to the Borough of Rosslyn Farms Tax Collector, on
a form to be supplied by the Tax Collector, written certification
of the name and address of each tenant of each building located in
the Borough of Rosslyn Farms that is managed, leased, or otherwise
rented by the said agent, broker, or sales agent.
