Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation of this article for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked otherwise.

More than 12 inches from a curb.

Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.

Within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection.
F. 
Within 30 feet upon the approach to any flashing signal, stop sign, yield sign or traffic control signal located at the site of a roadway.

At any place where the official signs prohibit standing or parking.

On a roadway without current registration or inspection.
I. 
In a fire lane or fire zone.
J. 
On a sidewalk.
K. 
Facing traffic movement on a roadway.

In all such places on public or private property which have been reserved for a handicapped person or disabled veteran and have been properly marked, it shall be unlawful for any person to use such spaces or zones except for persons parking vehicles lawfully bearing a handicapped or disabled veteran registration plate or displaying a handicapped or disabled veteran parking placard when such vehicles are being operated by or for the transportation of a handicapped person or a disabled veteran.
