The following procedures for the removal of construction debris shall be established in the Township of Manchester:
A. 
Construction debris. All builders undertaking construction projects, whether it be new construction, additions, remodeling, or demolitions, in the Township of Manchester shall, as a prerequisite to the Building Official's final inspection of the building in question, supply to the Township Building/Construction Official verified written documentation that all debris resulting from the construction has been properly disposed of with the location and method of the disposal being made known therein.
Any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties included in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Township Code. Notwithstanding the provisions herein set forth, the Township of Manchester is authorized to take all necessary legal action, including the filing of a law suit, to recoup any costs incurred by the Township of Manchester as a result of the violation.
