There is hereby created and established a fee for the return
of checks issued to the Township of Cranford which are returned unpaid
by banking institutions for any reason, including insufficient funds,
there shall be an imposed fee of $20 per returned item. All monies
due on account of a returned check shall be paid by way of cash or
certified check.
