The Conservation Commission shall make recommendations over all sums
received and paid into the City treasury for the Waterways Improvement and
Maintenance Fund as promulgated by MGL c. 40, § 5, and the Committee
shall make recommendations for distributing monies received into said fund
in conformity with the laws of the commonwealth.
