Editor's Note: Former Ch. 110, Fire Prevention, adopted
6-17-1963, was repealed 3-20-1978, effective 4-3-1978.
The New York State Fire Prevention Code is hereby adopted for
and to be effective throughout the Town of Amherst outside the Village
of Williamsville.
Following adoption, this chapter shall take effect immediately
upon publication and filing as required by law.
