The Village of Depew shall contain, on and after the effective date of this section, in addition to the territory theretofore contained within its boundaries, the following described territory, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land, situate in the town of Lancaster county of Erie and the state of New York, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the present south line of the incorporated Village of Depew and the east line of Transit road; thence south along the said east line of Transit road 146.59 feet to the north line of Adams avenue; thence east along the north line of Adams avenue 195 feet; thence south at an angle of 90° to the said north line of Adams avenue a distance of 160 feet; thence east at an angle of 90° with the last described line a distance of 105 feet; thence south at an angle of 90° with the last described line a distance of 160 feet; thence west at an angle of 90° with the last described line a distance of 70 feet; thence south at an angle of 90° with the last described line 110 feet; thence east at an angle of 90° with the last described line a distance of 95 feet; thence south at an angle of 90° with the last described line a distance of 110 feet; thence east at an angle of 90° with the last described line a distance of 836.21 feet to the west line of Woodlawn avenue; thence north along the incorporated Village of Depew; thence west along the said present southerly line of the Village of Depew 1161.21 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
The Village of Depew shall contain, on and after the effective date of this section, in addition to the territory theretofore contained within its boundaries, the following described territory, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land situate in the township of Cheektowaga, county of Erie and state of New York being part of lot seventy-five, township eleven, range seven of the Holland Land Company's survey, which according to a map of Rehm Road Village filed in the Erie county clerk's office under cover No. 2223 is the northerly 35 feet of sub lots six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty-one, twenty-two, twenty-three and of an exception shown on said map between said sub-lots eight and nine as reserved for proposed future street, and which is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the west line of the Village of Depew, said line likewise being the west line of lot seventy-five and the south line of the township of Cheektowaga, running thence northerly along said west line of lot seventy-five a distance of 35 feet, thence southerly at an interior angle of 89° 24 16, 1221 feet, thence southerly at an interior angle of 90° 20 25, 35 feet to a point in the south line of said township of Cheektowaga, said line likewise being the north line of the Village of Depew, thence westerly along said south line of said Township of Cheektowaga, 1220.85 feet to a point in the west line of the Village of Depew at the place of beginning.
