Only village and town residents and their invited guests are allowed to use the Millerton Parks.
[Adopted 2-23-1998 by L.L. No. 1-1998]
A. 
No motorcycles or recreational vehicles are allowed in the park.
B. 
The park closes at dusk. There will be no trespassing on park property after dusk.
C. 
No animals are allowed in the park.
A. 
The park closes at dusk, except by permit as provided in Chapter 57, § 57-2.
B. 
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited, except by permit as provided in Chapter 57, § 57-2.
C. 
Radios, tape and disc players are prohibited.
D. 
Dogs must be on a leash.
Any violation of the provisions of this article is punishable by a fine of not more than $250, imprisonment for not exceeding 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
