Except to the extent required by state or federal
law, no ordinance of the City of New Berlin nor any other City rule,
resolution or regulation shall require that any private employer provide
particular wages or benefits to its employees or set forth the amount
or type of an employee wage or benefit provided an employee by any
private employer within the City or doing business within the City.
