The Lower Gwynedd Township Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to establish and amend business regulation and taxation code fees by resolution of the Board of Supervisors from time to time as the Board deems necessary or beneficial to the Township. A full statement of all such fees shall at all times be available to any applicant or the general public at the Township business offices during regular business hours.
