City of Cortland, NY Article III One-Way Roadways and Divided Roadways

§ 11-21 One-way roadways.

A. The following highways are hereby designated for one-way traffic:

Street	Direction	Limits
Charles Street	North	From Clinton Avenue to Grant Street
Hill Street	North	From Prospect Terrace to Clayton Avenue
Norma's Way	East	From Floral Avenue to Hamlin Street
Pleasant Street	North	From Clayton Avenue to West Court Street

B. No person shall operate any vehicle upon any one-way roadway designated and marked as such, except in the direction permitted on such roadway.

§ 11-22 Divided roadways.

A. The following highways are hereby designated as divided roadways:

Name of Street	Location
Church Street	From Port Watson Street to Huntington Street
Prospect Terrace	From Hill Street to James Street

B. No person shall operate any vehicle upon any divided roadway designated as such except in the direction permitted.
