No person shall, upon the streets, lanes, avenues, alleys, public places or upon private premises in the City, be found:
A. 
Drunk;
B. 
Engaged in, aiding or abetting any riot, affray, unlawful assemblage or fight;
C. 
Using loud or boisterous language;
D. 
Using profane, indecent or vulgar language;
E. 
Acting in a loud, boisterous manner;
F. 
Loafing or loitering upon the streets, lanes, avenues or alleys to the annoyance of the public;
G. 
Obstructing the entrance to any public hall, church or theater;
H. 
Firing any gun, pistol or other firearm or exploding any fireworks or explosives of any kind;
I. 
Riding or driving any horse, mule or pony at a faster gait than a slow trot;
J. 
Willfully obstructing any public street, lane, avenue, alley, pavement, footwalk or crossing;
K. 
Writing, making or posting up or exposing to view any lewd or indecent word, picture or device;
L. 
Indecently exposing his person;
M. 
Prowling around any of the streets, lanes, avenues, alleys, public places or private premises at late hours in the night;
N. 
Walking upon the public streets, lanes, avenues or alleys for the purpose of inviting immoral or indecent practices;
O. 
Establishing or carrying on upon the streets, lanes or avenues any show, game or other demonstration for the purpose of attracting a crowd without the permission of the Bureau of Police;
P. 
Congregating or loafing in and around poolrooms, bowling alleys, saloons or other public or private places to the annoyance of the public.
The prohibition contained in § 192-3H with respect to firing any gun or pistol or other firearm or exploding any fireworks or explosive of any kind and the prohibition with respect to willfully obstructing any public, street, lane, avenue, alley, pavement, footwalk or crossing shall not apply to any police officer in the City while engaged in the performance of his duties.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be fined not less than $50 and not more than $100 and the costs of prosecution or, in default thereof, be imprisoned not more than 30 days.
