A. 
No person shall commit any lewd, wanton, indecent, immodest, obscene or filthy act or gesture in or about any street, park or public place within the Village, nor in any other place so as to annoy any other person.
B. 
No person shall use any profane, obscene or indecent language in or about any street, park or public place in the Village.
C. 
No person, while on any public street or other public place within the Village or in any vehicle upon any street or any public place, shall offer, pay or give any offensive attentions to any person or shall designedly follow any person against his or her wishes or shall make any insulting or derogatory remark to any person or concerning any person, nor in any manner annoy, impede or interfere with any person when he or she is passing upon any public street or sidewalk or in a public place or in a vehicle upon any street in the Village.
A. 
No person shall break, mar, injure, deface, damage or remove any private property or property owned by or under the control of the Village, nor shall any person pick any flowers or shrubs or do any damage to any such shrubs, trees or other ornamental thing upon any Village property or along any street or other public place within the Village.
B. 
No person shall enter, without authority, or trespass upon any private property or property owned by or under the control of the Village which is posted with a suitable sign prohibiting the same.
No person shall remove, displace or in any manner interfere with any barrier, guardrail, sign, lantern or other object or form of warning which shall have been placed along or across any street or sidewalk or about any other place within the Village as a warning or safeguard or to prevent interference with or damage to work completed or being done in such places.
No person shall indulge in disorderly, noisy or riotous conduct in any street or in any public hall or other public place in the Village or which shall tend to disturb the peace and quiet in the Village or which shall tend to disrupt or disturb any meeting or lawful assemblage therein.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable for a fine not to exceed $250 for each offense or by imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or both.
