[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Waterford 1-28-1986 by L.L. No. 2-1986. Amendments noted where applicable.]
A. 
The purpose of this chapter is to reduce the number of Board members on the Town Planning Board from seven to five.
B. 
The Town Planning Board shall consist of five members.
A. 
The terms of office of the members of the Town Planning Board and the manner of their appointment shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Town Law.
B. 
Vacancies occurring in said Board shall be filled for such unexpired period only.
C. 
The Town Planning Board shall have the duties, rights, powers and functions conferred upon it by § 271 of Article 16 of the Town Law and any other provisions of law or ordinance applicable thereto.
