All dumpsters located on private property which have not been
the subject of site plan review shall not be allowed to continue unless
a permit is first obtained from the Zoning Officer upon the payment
of a fee of $25.
Application for a permit to locate a dumpster on private property
shall be made upon a form to be provided by the Zoning Officer, which
shall be accompanied by an accurate survey upon which there shall
be shown the proposed location of the dumpster, together with any
other details as may be required.
