Notwithstanding the prohibition of § 10-301.17, beer may be sold and/or consumed in a controlled manner consistent with the Pennsylvania Liquor Code and rules of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Enrichment at Riverside Stadium and Skyline Stadium, to be limited as follows:
A.
For professional baseball games, no beer may be sold after the end
of the seventh inning.
B.
For professional football games, no beer may be sold after the third
quarter.
C.
For sanctioned or organized volleyball tournaments, including those
of a semiprofessional level:
(1)
Beer sales shall cease one hour prior to sundown, as determined
by reference to United States Navel Observatory Chart, or after completion
of the final match, whichever comes first;
(2)
Presence of park ranger and Harrisburg police personnel shall
be required as security personnel;
(3)
Perimeter fencing/snow fencing shall be installed around the
upper berm of Skyline Stadium;
(4)
Beer shall be sold in a controlled setting;
(5)
All out-of-pocket expenses shall be borne by the permit holder, including any expense to the City in association with Subsection C(2); and
(6)
The permit holder must provide a liability policy of $1,000,000
and a personal injury policy of $500,000, at the permit holder's
expense, with the City of Harrisburg named as additionally insured,
so as to protect the investment made by the City.
D.
For professional soccer games, no beer may be sold after the halfway
point of the second half of play.
E.
Under no circumstances shall beer be taken by any person outside
the confines of the facility in which it was sold.

Notwithstanding the prohibition of § 10-301.17, beer, liquor and other alcoholic beverages may be sold and/or consumed in a controlled manner consistent with the Pennsylvania Liquor Code and rules of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Enrichment at Reservoir Park, to be limited as follows:
A.
The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages will be limited to
the Museum, overlook, patio and immediate grounds surrounding the
Museum;
B.
Museum security, City police, park rangers or equivalent security
must be present at all events where alcoholic beverages are sold and/or
consumed, said cost to be borne solely by the Museum; and
C.
The Museum must ensure that adequate insurance is in place, indemnifying
and holding the City harmless, prior to the sale and/or consumption
of alcohol at the Museum, said insurance to be reviewed and approved
by the City's Risk Manager.
