Editor's Note: Following the review and approval of the Borough's vehicle and traffic ordinances, as contained in this Chapter 82 of the Code, by the New Jersey Department of Transportation, the Borough Council adopted an ordinance on 4-12-1994 which adopted by reference this entire Chapter 82 of the Code pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:49-4.
