[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough

All bicycles and similar vehicles shall have a lamp attached
and kept lighted from one hour after sunset until one hour before
sunrise and of sufficient illuminating power to be seen at a distance
of at least 200 feet.[2]
