A.
There is hereby established a Junior Firefighters Program within
the City of Garfield Volunteer Fire Department. No person shall be
eligible for membership in the Garfield Junior Firefighters Program
who is less than 16 years of age or more than 18 years of age. Members
of the program shall be residents of the City of Garfield and shall
be required to submit, prior to membership, written permission from
a parent or guardian together with his or her application for membership.
