Area variances shall be referred to the Board of Zoning Appeals
according to the provisions of § 277, Subdivision 6, of
the Town Law.
Waivers of the requirements of these regulations may be granted
by the Planning Board according to the provisions of § 277,
Subdivision 7, of the Town Law, provided that waiver will not have
the effect of nullifying the intent and purpose of the Official Map
(if there be any), the comprehensive plan, or the Zoning Ordinance.
