GENERAL REFERENCES

Peace and good order — See Ch. 255.
No person shall conduct himself in a rude or disorderly manner nor use indecent or profane or insulting language in any street, public place or public building in the Town, nor be or remain upon any doorstep, portico or other projection from any such building nor in any public hall or entrance thereto to the annoyance or disturbance of any person; nor shall any person engage in any game, sport or amusement in any public street of the Town whereby the safe and convenient use thereof by travelers thereon shall in any way be interrupted or the occupants of adjoining buildings be unreasonably annoyed or disturbed.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or the rules and regulations made under the authority thereof shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $100 for each offense.
The invalidity of any provision or section of this chapter shall not affect the validity of any other provision or section of this chapter.
This chapter will take effect upon their passage by the Annual Town Meeting of the Town of Raymond.[1]
