[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township of Whitehall 11-5-1974; generally reenacted 12-28-1989 by Ord. No. 1661, approved 5-15-1990.[1] Other amendments noted where applicable.]

Editor's Note: Ordinance No. 1661 effectuated various technical, clerical and grammatical changes to ease the use of the Charter by the public.
