[Adopted by the ATM 5-19-1980]
Pursuant to C.G.S. § 10-46(c), members of the Amity
Regional Board of Education, District 5, representing the Town of
Bethany, shall be nominated and elected in the same manner as town
officers in accordance with the provisions of the elections laws,
Title 9 of the General Statutes, beginning with the nomination and
election of town officers in May of 1981.
