Zoning regulations — See Ch. 204.
No land located within the Town of Bethany and owned by said
Town of Bethany shall be sold, leased, let or conveyed by the Town
of Bethany for airport or heliport purposes, unless said sale, lease,
letting or conveyance shall be authorized by an affirmative vote of
the majority of persons present at a Town Meeting duly called for
such purposes.
