Council hereby appoints that community organization known as
the Society for Environmental and Educational Development (SEED) as
the Environmental Resources Advisory Committee for the Borough, to
serve in such capacity for an indefinite period. Such Committee shall
advise Council from time to time as to the status of Borough properties
and what measures are required to conserve the environmental resources
of the Borough.
