Code)]
Pursuant to the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act,
there is hereby adopted by and for the Borough a drug and alcohol
testing policy for all Borough employees required to have a commercial
driver's license (CDL) to operate a commercial motor vehicle
(CMV). Copies of such policy, attached to original Ordinance No. 1311,
passed May 20, 1996, may be obtained, at cost, from the Borough Secretary.
