As used in this article, "smoking" means the carrying by a person
of a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or other lighted smoking device.
A.
No person shall smoke at any time in the Green Tree Municipal Center
located at 10 West Manilla Avenue, Borough of Green Tree, Allegheny
County, Pennsylvania.
B.
"No Smoking" signs shall be conspicuously posted in the Green Tree
Municipal Center at such places as deemed necessary and reasonable
by Council.
A.
No person shall smoke at any time in the Green Tree Public Works
Building, excluding the salt storage shed, located at 833 Poplar Street,
Borough of Green Tree, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
B.
"No Smoking" signs shall be conspicuously posted in the Green Tree
Public Works Building at such places as deemed necessary and reasonable
by Council.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $50.

No person shall use or participate in any activity involving
the use of roller blades, roller skates, skateboards, sleds, coasters
or other such toy devices in or upon any of the sidewalks, driveways
or parking lots of the Green Tree Municipal Center or the Green Tree
Municipal Center Park, located at or near 10 West Manilla Avenue,
Borough of Green Tree, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
Appropriate signs warning users of the prohibited activities set forth in § 252-5 hereof shall be conspicuously posted in the Green Tree Municipal Center and at or near the Green Tree Municipal Center Park.
