§ 262-1 Obstruction of streams prohibited.

No person shall place any earth, stones, brush or other obstruction which will prevent free passage of water in any stream or channel which has been constructed or cleared for the purpose of draining land in the Town.

§ 262-2 Violations and penalties. [1]

Violations of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
