A. 
No parking certain times. There shall be no parking of vehicles at any time between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. in or upon any of the parking lots or school grounds owned by the Board of Education.
B. 
Parking permitted only in specific areas. No vehicle shall be parked at any time on any of the public school grounds, or the roadways or parking lots, except in those areas specifically reserved for the parking of vehicles identified by a sticker or other appropriate means and designated by parking spaces outlined in white lines, nor shall any vehicle be parked in any designated parking space so that the vehicle shall not be entirely within the area designated by the lines or markings delineating that space.
The roadway going aground Newton High School shall be one-way for all vehicular traffic entering the school grounds at the most southerly entrance from Ryerson Avenue, adjacent to the agricultural building, and moving clockwise in a northwesterly and northeasterly direction around the high school building to the point of intersection of the roadway with the entrance to the teachers' parking lot near the northeasterly end of the high school property. Vehicles shall enter the northeasterly entrance to the roadway only for the purpose of entering the teachers' parking lot.
A. 
Parking school buses only. The south curbline of the roadway running in front of the Merriam Avenue School shall be designated as parking for school buses only. The designated area shall begin at the most southwesterly entrance of this roadway and continue to a point 480 feet easterly thereof.
B. 
One-way traffic. The Merriam Avenue School parking lot is designated as a one-way street. All traffic shall travel in an easterly direction only through the Merriam Avenue School parking lot.
The roadway leading to the parking lot on the grounds of the Halsted Street School shall be one way for vehicular traffic, entering the southeasterly entrance to the grounds and parking lot, and all vehicles shall leave the parking lot only through the exit at the northwesterly side of the school grounds and parking lot.
