Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-98, the streets described in Schedule XIII attached to and made a part of this chapter (see § 307-63) are controlled by speed limits as indicated. Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above designated speed limits as authorized by the Department of Transportation. Additions to the schedule shall take effect only upon approval of the Department of Transportation.
A. 
Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the streets or highways, an emergency shall exist and no vehicle shall be parked on any street or highway or portion thereof. This parking prohibition shall remain in effect after the snow has ceased and until the streets have been plowed sufficiently to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.
B. 
Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this section shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic and any police officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable costs for the removal and storage before regaining possession of the vehicle.
C. 
The effectiveness of this section is contingent upon signs being erected as required by law.
D. 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statutes, every person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this section or any supplement hereto shall be liable for a penalty of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceed 15 days, or both.
E. 
Any vehicle parked in violation of the provisions of this section including Town-owned and -operated parking lots will be towed by police at the owner's expense if the vehicle is deemed a nuisance and/or a hindrance to snow-removal efforts of the Town Public Works Department.
No person shall turn a vehicle to make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (STOP) indication at any locations listed in Schedule XV (see § 307-65) whenever an official sign is present prohibiting such a turn on the red signal.
It shall be the duty of the police department to enforce the provisions of this chapter.

The locations described in Schedule XVI attached to and made a part of this chapter (see § 307-66) are hereby designated as bus stops.

All crosswalk markings and signage shall be installed in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways. Crosswalks are established at the following locations:

Trinity Street, mid-block crosswalk, 150 feet west of the intersection of Stuart Street.
