The Board of Trustees shall appoint a Board of Appeals pursuant
to the provisions of the Village Law. One member of said Board shall
be designated by the Mayor to act as Chairman.
The Board of Appeals shall have the power to adopt, for its
procedure and government, rules not inconsistent with law or ordinance.
Applications or appeals to the Board of Appeals shall be filed
with the Village Clerk. The Board of Appeals shall have such powers
as are set forth in the Village Law.
