To continue Hall and St. Mary's Sts., culverts north and south Phoenixville, paving etc. Culverts or drains were authorized from the south Borough line through the properties of Mrs. Richards, Samuel A. Whitaker, N.M. Ellis, across Main Street, near the residence of N.M. Ellis, then through the properties of the Phoenix Iron Company, grist mill property, across Bridge Street, through the property of the Phoenix Iron Company to French Creek; from the Springville Road through properties of John Vanderslice, James Denning, E. McQuaid, across Main Street, G.W. Richards, R. Reigner and I. Christman, into the mill race of the Phoenix Iron Company.
