Ellis, then through the properties of the Phoenix Iron Company, grist mill property, across Bridge Street, through the property of the Phoenix Iron Company to French Creek; from the Springville Road through properties of John Vanderslice, James Denning, E. McQuaid, across Main Street, G.W. Richards, R. Reigner and I. Christman, into the mill race of the Phoenix Iron Company.

One sewer was to extend from sewer openings on Dayton Street to Emmett Street and on East Emmett Street to the end of the present open drain; another was to extend from the end of the present sewer on Penn Street at Green Street to Franklin Avenue.

The system of sanitary sewer and acquisition of rights-of-way adopted by this ordinance are on file in the Borough office.
