A.Â
No solid
waste shall be collected by any solid waste hauler within the Township
of Jefferson, whether pursuant to a municipal contract or private
contract, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
B.Â
Any person
or entity violating this provision, upon the first violation, shall
be subject to a written warning; and upon a second or subsequent violation,
shall be subject to a fine of not less than $500, nor more than $1,000.
