Attorney's fees at the hourly rate as established from time
to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors shall be charged
by any attorney appointed by the Township to collect delinquent accounts
or delinquent taxes, and those fees shall be charged as legal costs
connected with the collection of those delinquent accounts to the
debtor.

To the extent permitted by law, the Township intends to collect
all of its court costs, including, but not limited to, filing fees,
deposition costs, transcript costs, court copying charges, court reporter
copying charges or other costs connected with litigation, from the
delinquent debtors of fees, taxes or other charges owed to the Township.
