No person or persons shall, within the Township of Liberty, create unnecessary noises, such as whooping, yelling and the blowing of automobile horns or electrical or mechanical devices, after 10:00 p.m. prevailing time.

A. 
No person or persons shall bathe in any lakes or ponds within the Township of Liberty after 10:00 p.m. prevailing time, and no person shall, at any time, bathe in the nude.
B. 
All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at the Municipal Beach.

No person or persons shall, within the Township of Liberty, use any type of boat propelled by a motor upon the lakes or ponds at any time, except that a boat or boats with electric motors may be operated, provided that they do not exceed a speed of 10 miles per hour and that they are not operated within 150 feet of the shore of any public bathing beach.
No person or persons shall deposit or permit to accumulate any decaying animal or vegetable substance, rubbish, garbage, washwater or decaying or offensive matter of any kind in or upon any lot or road or public or private place and allow the same to remain until the same shall become hazardous to health or offensive and a source of discomfort to persons living in or passing through the vicinity.

Any person who shall be found guilty of a violation of the terms of this chapter shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 90 days, or both.
