Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch.
312, Smoking, adopted 9-12-2012 by Ord. No. 10-2012.
Smoking is prohibited on all Borough athletic fields, basketball
courts, playgrounds and tennis courts.
Smoking is permitted within 50 feet of any Borough athletic
fields, basketball courts, playgrounds and tennis courts. Smoking
is also permitted within 50 feet of the Municipal Building entrance
doors.
Signs identifying the prohibition are hereby authorized to be
posted.
Any person who violates this section shall be subject to a fine
not to exceed $100.
